Brief: Many banks keep their clients in the dark about their own fees. They hide charges and commissions in the small print or don’t repay so called kickbacks. To show Quirin Bank is different, we were asked to reveal questionable methods in the banking sector in an ironic and entertaining way.
Solution: To explain other bank’s common tricks to Quirin Bank’s clients the agency created a book containing the most popular hide-and-seek tricks in private banking including instructions for bankers asking the client to spoil their game.
